This lightweight Zafu meditation cushion made of organic cotton gives a firm comfortable support. Filled with buckwheat husks.
Sitting on a Zafu meditation cushion will provide support for your body and comfort to help you drift off into a meditative state. The buckwheat hull filling of this meditation cushion forms to your body and helps this cushion hold its shape no matter how long you meditate or how often you use it.
Its pleated sides allow the cushion to expand, aiding good posture and allowing the back to be properly aligned for meditation.
