Highly dissapointing

Purchased my Kombucha starter kit, followed the recipe exactly, stored my batch in a dark cool place as instructed, within four days had a foul smell coming from my kombucha batch. The scoby had gone mouldy. Have reached out several times to seek some guidance with no response. Poor customer service and poor quality product.

Overpriced! For what you get.

Overpriced! For what you get. Made my own from a bottle of kombucha I bought from a health food store. Cost $15 tops including ingredients!!!
