Does everything that I ask of it

Bad experience

Hi there, I am not having the best experience with you guys so far. I sent my faulty blender back as requested and today received only the base, with no jug or anything. The previous emails did not state to only send the base back to you guys so i packaged the whole thing and sent it away. I had to wait over a week and a half to receive the replacement and now I am guessing that I am in for another week long wait to receive the rest of my blender. I am a very patient man but this has been testing. What do I do now?
