So this recipe is care of The Tree of Life!  Hamish was over there for a 21 day program. and he brought back some very delicious recipes with him, and this one is soo yummmy!

We eat a salad maybe 5 out of 7 nights for dinner so salad dressings for us are a great way to add flavor and mix up what we eat each day!


  • 1 Tablespoon of miso
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • juice of one lemon
  • pinch of salt


  • Place all ingredients into a high speed blender (we use the Optimum Blenders) and blend until smooth.
